Each monitoring period begins with a fresh request and Driver acceptance. Approval lasts for 24 hours and can be revoked by the Driver at any time.

Driver & owner access
Simple Driver periods. One Owner period.
Yellow Yellow takes no percentage of passenger fares. Drivers choose a period by duration and effective discount. Vehicle owners use Monthly Access.
Controlled real-payment pilot
Invited participants will test the same external MoMo and USSD process intended for live operation. During the approved pilot window, Yellow Yellow initiates a full reimbursement after verified payment while the purchased access remains active. Reimbursements may take up to 10 business days. After the pilot, payments are not reimbursed.

Is every Yellow Yellow ride private?
Yes. The founding product does not allow shared rides or unrelated passenger pickups during your booking.
How many people may travel in a tricycle?
Up to three passengers may use the rear passenger area. Nobody may sit in front or beside the driver.
How is the passenger fare calculated?
The server uses the Google road route and approved local distance pricing. The fare is shown before request and does not increase because a driver moves slowly.
Does Yellow Yellow take commission from drivers?
No. The approved business model uses phone-bound driver and owner access periods instead of taking a percentage of the passenger fare.
When will motorbike and car rides become available?
Only after each market has approved supply, category safety, pricing, compliance and operational readiness. No date is being promised yet.

The iPhone and Android pilot apps are in real-device testing. The external access-payment channel is being prepared for controlled testing after incorporation. No public rides, onboarding or payments are open yet.
